People who own a holiday home on the South Coast are being asked to consider placing it on the rental market.
Eurobodalla Mayor Mathew Hatcher has put the call out, as part of a strategy to address a lack of rental properties in the community.
Mr Hatcher says before Council considers any regulatory action, it has written to 8,500 ratepayers asking them to put their properties onto the rental market.
