Come & Try Disabled Golf Clinics - Illawarra and Calderwood

FREE EVENT COME & TRY DISABLED GOLF CLINICS | FEBRUARY, ILLAWARRA

We are excited to invite the disabled community to attend one of our FREE “Come & Try Golf Clinics”. No prior experience in Golf is needed – just come along and give it a try! In the Illawarra region we offer two convenient locations:

  • Illawarra Golf Complex: 71-91 Windang Road, Windang – First Thursday of each month between 1pm and 2pm. Therefore the next clinic is on 5th February.
  • Calderwood Valley Golf Course: Third Wednesday of each month between 10.30am – 11.30am, therefore the next clinic will be on Wednesday 18th February.

These clinics are open to anyone living with a disability and are run by an accredited specialised coach who provides expert advice and guidance.

Illawarra Golf Complex is also home to a ParaGolfer. This all-terrain, revolutionary mobility device allows individuals to move into a standing position, replicating the full golfing experience. It is used by individuals with paraplegia, quadriplegia, spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, and more, as seen on the TODAY Show and 7 Sunrise.
