Reports a judge in the US has thrown out another child abuse law suit against Michael Jackson's companies.
According to the BBC, James Safechuck claimed the companies allowed star to abuse him and other children, when he was just 10 years old.
He sued MJJ Productions and MJJ Venues in 2014.
The BBC says he alleged they (the companies) "were created to, and did, facilitate Jackson's sexual abuse of children".
The judge dismissed both cases saying that they had no duty of care of Mr. Safechuck.
