New South Wales Police Commissioner Mick Fuller has revealed this morning, lock down laws will last at least 90 days, unless extended.
This will stretch the current regulations into at least June.
'Hopefully people will have got the message by then and we won't be talking about the powers, we will just be talking about what does it look like coming out of this,' he said.
NSW Police are calling for the cancellation of any upcoming South Coast holidays, as the Easter break approaches.
The recommendation to cancel or postpone non-essential travel to regional towns is in an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
