Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District confirms three new COVID-19 cases in Wollongong

For the 24 hour period to 8pm Monday, 23 August there were three new COVID-19 cases recorded for the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. Details are as follows: 

One case who is a resident of Wollongong LGA and is being cared for in Wollongong Hospital's COVID Ward. Case investigations ongoing. 
One case who is a resident of Wollongong LGA, however is isolating outside the Local Health District. This case is a contact of a known case from outside the LHD. 
One case who is a resident of Wollongong LGA and is isolating at home. Case investigations ongoing.

Other cases announced this week:

One case who is a resident of Kiama Local Government Area (LGA) and is isolating at home. Investigations are continuing, however this case is likely linked to employment in Sydney. 

One case who is a resident of Wollongong LGA and is isolating at home. Investigations are continuing, however this case is likely linked to employment in Sydney.
