The Albion Park Rail Bypass is a step closer to reality — after getting the green light from the State Government.
The bypass plans were officially approved by the New South Wales Government today and the funds have been set aside.
A contractor will be selected within the next few months to design and construct the roadway.
The Princes Highway upgrade between Yallah and Oak Flats will bypass the congestion of Albion Park Rail, and provide the missing link of upgraded highway between Sydney and Bomaderry.
