Police have arrested a man and seized a gun, knives and drugs after stopping a car for a random breath test in the Shoalhaven.
Traffic and highway patrol officers were conducting RBT duties on the Princes Highway at South Nowra on Saturday as part of Operation Slowdown when they stopped a 24-year-old man.
After speaking with him officers searched the vehicle, allegedly finding a loaded shortened .22 calibre rifle, 40 grams of cannabis and a number of knives taped to the man's body.
He was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station where he was charged with numerous weapon, drug and traffic offences.
He'll face court today.
